Agreement
By accessing regnyx.com or engaging REGNYX for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or our services.
Services
REGNYX provides marketing strategy, campaign management, web development, content production, and related services to local and small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement between REGNYX and the client.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Invoices are due on the date stated. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Results
REGNYX makes no guarantee of specific revenue outcomes, return on ad spend, or business results. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control including market conditions, product quality, and competition. We report results honestly and cut what does not perform.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for them. REGNYX retains ownership of proprietary methods, templates, frameworks, and tools used in delivery. We may reference client work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified. Fees owed through the termination date remain due. REGNYX may terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms.
Limitation of liability
REGNYX’s liability to any client is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Website use
This website is provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from regnyx.com without written permission. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the site at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
